About Us:

We're a family-owned sewer maintenance company with over 40 years of experience in providing essential services. We’re committed to four core values that guide every aspect of our work: Honesty, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Safety. As we gear up for the busy season, we're looking to expand our team with Field Laborers who share these values and want to contribute to the vital work we do.

The Job:

As a Field Laborer, you’ll be part of a dedicated team that works on sewer maintenance projects throughout Colorado. Your main task will be checking underground pipes and manholes, using both traditional methods and innovative new tools that help us gather data safely without entering manholes.

You’ll need to travel to job sites (sometimes requiring overnight stays) and use maps to navigate between locations. The work can be physically demanding, so you’ll need to be prepared for lifting, standing, and moving heavy equipment, including manhole covers.

Key Responsibilities:

Use specialized tools and equipment to inspect underground pipes and manholes

Work closely with a team to complete tasks efficiently and safely

Transport equipment to and from job sites

Drive company vehicles to various job locations (company will provide a vehicle)

Travel to different towns across Colorado, with up to 50% travel required

Help provide our clients with accurate and timely updates on the status of their underground infrastructure

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

Valid driver’s license (must be able to drive company vehicles, including pickups or vans)

Ability to read and use maps to navigate to job sites

Ability to work physically and lift 25-50 pounds regularly, including lifting manhole covers

Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions

Willingness to travel to different job locations (up to 50% of the time)

Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions without constant supervision

Why Join Us?

Safety First: Your safety is our priority. We provide the training and equipment needed to work safely in all environments.

Family Values: As a family-owned business, we care about each member of our team and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.

Growth Opportunities: We’re expanding, and we’re looking for team members who want to grow with us as we take on projects in new locations and states.

Incentives: From travel benefits to performance bonuses, we offer great incentives for hard work and dedication.

If you’re ready to join a team that values hard work, honesty, and safety, and you're up for the physical challenges that come with the job, we want to hear from you!
