Position Summary:
This is an entry-level position designed for an individual who wants to build a career in construction management. You’ll work directly with our experienced project managers to learn all aspects of residential construction management, from site logistics and scheduling to subcontractor coordination and quality control. The role is intended to grow into a full Superintendent position over time.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily job site operations (hours may vary, but generally M-F 7:30am – 6pm & some Saturdays)
Support project scheduling and subcontractor coordination
Monitor safety and quality on site
Track materials, deliveries, and project documentation
Communicate updates to project managers and clients
Learn building codes, inspections, and permitting processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related experience is preferred, but not required
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of construction terms, tools, and processes a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
