We are hiring a Crew Leader who will also be a Driver, to run a 4–6-person team installing erosion control systems. Silt fence, erosion logs, site prep—you’ll be in the thick of it. We need someone who can lead from the front, work hard, and keep jobs moving.
What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on leadership experience (1–2 years in erosion control, landscaping, or construction)
Physically fit, reliable, and ready to hustle
Valid driver’s license, clean record
Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
Eligible to work in the US - We use E-Verify
