We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Auto Body Estimator for our family-owned business that has been established for more than 5 years in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, great interpersonal and client communication skills, and be proficient in making cost-effective and accurate estimates and supplements. The candidate must also prioritize customer experience and keep them informed about the repair process by updating their files and communicating with them regularly.
Moreover, the candidate should have excellent sales skills, both written and verbal, and be able to talk to insurance companies to provide updates. Our facility uses the CCC estimating system, and the candidate should have experience working with it.
The position can be either Part-Time or Full-Time, and the candidate should be willing to follow up with customers via telephone to schedule appointments for estimates or drop off vehicles.
