Three Brothers Concrete is a Denver-based concrete contractor founded in 2003. We are seeking a Commercial Concrete Project Manager. The Commercial Concrete Project Manager will manage the scope of assigned projects through completion on time and under budget. In this role you will be responsible for promoting and ensuring site safety, and have a comprehensive knowledge of day to day field operations for assigned project(s) including: planning, coordinating, sequencing work, procurement of materials, and supervising concrete crew foremen, subcontractors and vendors to ensure the work is completed on time, within budget, while adhering to Three Brothers Concrete quality standards.Three Brothers Concrete uses E-Verify to ensure that all new hires are authorized to work in the United States.SAFETYPromotes safety and site cleanliness on job site and implements, enforces, and effectively manages Three Brothers Concrete safety policy and proceduresDevelop safety site plans for GC and TBCPLANNING/SEQUENCING/CHANGESEstablish and maintain good relationships with vendor staff, TBC staff, and general contractor staffUnderstand the scope of work of assigned projects; evaluate, accept and execute within budget assumptionsPrepare RFIs as neededAttend pre-construction and construction project meetingsMaintain master schedule for project portfolioEvaluate and accept project budget assumptions prior to project startHold planning meetings with assigned foremen to calculate project material requirements and order accordinglyUnderstand the weekly task sequencing of work for the job and required resourcesIdentify, communicate and resolve potential conflicts which would impact the project safety, quality, completion deadline, and budgetDevelop schedule of values for the projectPrepare and review change orders, including time extensions, with the appropriate personnel before submittal to GC. Maintain the change order log and, upon receipt of executed change orders, distributes documents as required to company and subcontractor field personnel.
