Growing property management company is looking for Airbnb turnover specialists.

Most of our properties are in the Denver Metro area but we also have mountain properties along the I70 corridor from Denver to Eagle/Vail area. Georgetown, Breckenridge, Vail
GREAT OPPORTUNITY
Responsibilities Include:
- Cleaning/Staging
- Completing Property Walkthroughs to Ensure Units are Guest Ready
- New Property Set-Ups, Deep Cleaning, Photography Staging
- Our laundry team has clean linens ready for each cleaning but some last minute laundry might be required while on-site
We are looking for people who pay close attention to detail, provide quality work, and are hard workers. Must be reliable, dedicated, and have strong work ethic! All turnovers take place between the hours of 10am - 3pm. Additional hours are also available. Must have a valid Driver's License, Insurance, and Smart Phone with GPS. Our properties are scattered throughout Denver Metro and Mountain towns so travel is required daily.
Things to Know:
- We will ask for days of availability, then we will let you know of your schedule a day or two prior to scheduled cleanings. Booking can happen overnight, so cleaning might be added to or removed from each schedule last minute.
- We supply all necessary cleaning products, vacuums, mops, etc!
Requirements:
- Driver's License
- Active Insurance
- Reliable Vehicle (Preferably 4 Wheel/All Wheel)
- Smart Phone with GPS
- Good Communication Skills
- Hard Working and Reliable
- Great Attention to Detail
- Problem Solving Skills
