We are looking for an amazing house manager to make a difference in the lives of our Seniors!
We are a small residential home of 7 residents.
This position is responsible for providing personal care and designated health-related services to maintain the resident’s physical and emotional well-being. This position assists residents with activities of daily living, medication administration, and other services as delegated by the house manager or administrator.
You will follow a month end check off sheet every month that will be turned into your administrator.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills. Experience in managing. Excellent communication skills. Your attendance must be immaculate! (95%)
As of now the shift is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday 7am-7pm
Please do not apply if you don’t have the following:
Must have 1 or more years experience in caring for seniors with dementia.
Must have reliable transportation
Must have a good attendance record ( minimum to no call offs)
No drama!
Clean background check
Drug free (we do random drug testing)
Must have a State of Colorado Qmap
Must have CPR/First Aid done in person (No online)
Must have a negative TB or chest Xray ( current)
Must have a flu vaccine
Must have food certification
Although we do not require a Covid-19 vaccine, it is recommended.
