1. Initial review of insurance for patient treatment coverage
2. Patient treatments per process and protocols
3. Documenting of patient results in accordance with treatments
4. Scanning of EOBs and other documents for transmission to billing staff
5. Ordering of Medical Supplies
6. Cross training with PA and Front Desk for full coverage of all duties
7. Other responsibilities as trained in the future
