For only 16 hours a week, cover your rent, parking, utilities and internet by supporting our daughter who is looking for a woman interested in being her companion and helping her manage her active life. She has mild developmental disabilities. You will work as her live-in aid and be her companion in a lovely modern Lakewood apartment near light rail and just five minutes from Sloan's Lake! Your work will take about 16 hours a week. A small stipend is also provided.
The requirements for this position include helping with meal planning and prepping with our daughter, some transportation and encouraging healthy habits. Our daughter works and attends other scheduled activities during the week so the companionship and support will occur mostly during the evenings and at most one weekend day. The requirement occurs over a 5 day week.
Requirements for the position include:
Must have car with the ability to transport her safely.
Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
Must be able to pass background check.
Must be reliable, dependable, motivated, and able to communicate in an effective, calm, and caring manner. And enjoy having fun!
