Dental Hygienist Full/Part time (1 – 3days a week)
Private practice, general dentist is looking for a warm, caring and enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist with outstanding interpersonal skills to join our team. We offer the highest quality dental care to our patients in a safe, comfortable environment. We have a great doctor and are a team that believes in customer service and establishing meaningful patient relationships is of the utmost importance. Hygiene appointments are an hour with no accelerated hygiene.
We have a 4 day work week with two office locations, Glendale (3 days) and Centennial (1 day). Our day off usually alternates, Wednesday or Friday. We are looking for a hygienist that can work 1-3 days a week. We can be flexible with your schedule and will try to accommodate all reasonable requests.
Candidate must be a team player and be able to relate well to patients and coworkers. Must have integrity, be professional, reliable and punctual. Must be familiar with practice management software and digital x-rays and provide proof of Colorado hygiene license, CPR and local anesthesia certification.
Ideal candidate:
Proficient in digital x-rays and panorex images
Exceptional clinical and communication skills
Able to provide outstanding patient care within reasonable time limits
Proficiency in administering local anesthetic without assistance
Team player
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited hygiene school
Successful completion of the national and state boards
X-ray certified
Colorado Registered Dental Hygiene License
Must be certified and proficient in administering dental anesthesia
Proof of current CPR certification and professional liability insurance coverage
