Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to one lady in home community care. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for her by assisting with daily activities and ensuring her comfort and safety.
Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Help with mobility assistance, including transferring her to and from beds or wheelchairs. Range of motion with her legs and sometimes arms and hands.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas. Including laundry, dishes, sweeping and moping.
Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Support memory care initiatives for patients with cognitive impairments.
Experience
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Familiarity with assisted living or nursing home environments is beneficial.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential.
