We are seeking individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Required schedule is fixed as Wednesday-Thursday Full day and friday/Sunday nights. Additional shifts available if needed.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the dining experience
- Process payments using POS systems or cash registers
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and finish necessary side duties.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sushi role
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing
- Familiarity with reservation platforms like OpenTable is a plus
- Strong basic math skills for order accuracy and bill calculations
- Ability to upsell menu items to increase sales
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
