Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced Servers who are passionate about delivering impeccable service and enhancing our guests' dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a high-end restaurant or cocktail bar and possess excellent communication and hospitality skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar promptly
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specialty cocktails, showcasing knowledge of our offerings
- Deliver food and beverages to tables efficiently and accurately
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns
- Work collaboratively with the bartending and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including resetting tables and ensuring cleanliness of service stations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server in a high-end restaurant or cocktail bar
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, with a focus on craft cocktails
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
Compensation:
