Shift lead needed for a concession stand at Red Rocks Amphitheater for the concert season. Must have a current Food Protection Manager Certification. Responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of the daily operation including setting up the stand, prep work, frying, expo, dishes, cleaning, and closing down the stand at the end of the night as well as inventorying chargeables and recording the counts at the beginning of the shift and at the end. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. A good/positive attitude and teamworking abilities is a must!
