Mozart’s Denver is a neighborhood bar off East Colfax in Denver looking for a part-time bartender to join the team. We’re looking for a friendly, fierce bartender to serve a variety of drinks, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to Mozart’s eclectic vibe. You will be responsible for serving patrons, managing the drawer, cleaning, and inventory for each shift.
Preferred Qualifications & Requirements:
— Proximity and flexibility to pick up fill-in shifts (3:30 pm–2:00 am M-Th and 1:30 pm–2:00 am Fri-Sun)
— 2-3 years of bartending experience
— Excellent communication and customer service skills
— Responsible Vendor Training or TIPS Certification preferred
Essential Job Functions:
— Deliver a high level of customer service to each guest
— Delight in serving regulars and newbies alike
— Mix drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined to keep drink costs at a minimum
— Work at an efficient pace to keep guests satisfied
— Keep bar clean in accordance with management
— Open and/or close shifts, maintain an accurate drawer, and account for any discrepancies in the drawer/inventory
— Contribute to the bar's overall growth and vibe
Our bartenders make excellent and are part of a fun, family-style team. Candidates must have an affinity for neighborhood bars, an outgoing personality, and a passion for the service industry.
