Are you a natural leader with a passion for ice cream and good vibes? Bonnie Brae Ice Cream is looking for upbeat, responsible, and motivated individuals to join our team as Shift Leaders!
What you’ll be doing:
Leading by example on the floor – scooping, floating, ringing up, and keeping the energy high.
Supporting your teammates and keeping the shift running smoothly.
Assigning roles, managing breaks, and making sure everyone’s set up for success.
Jumping in wherever you’re needed: whether it's helping with a big order, restocking, or checking on cleanliness.
Creating a positive, welcoming experience for guests and crew alike.
What we’re looking for:
A friendly, confident leader who inspires those around them.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-first environment.
Great communicator who can give direction and keep the shift flowing.
Attention to detail: from portion sizes to health and safety.
Availability for at least 3 shifts a week, including weekends.
Previous food service or leadership experience is a plus!
