Live in maintenance /desk clerk/ housekeeping

Job Opening at a small motel by Yuma, Colorado. Looking for someone who can do front desk 2 days a week and housekeeping (when needed) for about 25-28 hours per week. Accommodation provided. Utilities are free. Rate is $14.81 hour. Ideal candidate would be someone who can Performs daily cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house. Completes daily laundry services. Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service. Snow Plow / lawn maintenance as directed by the manager Able to clean rooms. Follows departmental policies and procedures. Assists in other roles when needed to ensure optimum service to guests. Performs additional duties as needed. Hours & Compensation: Pay of $14.81/hr. Previous housekeeping experience a plus Valid driver’s license or government issued identification Reliable method of transportation is needed Job and housing is only for 1 person at all times.
