The 49th, a neighborhood bar and restaurant featuring Alaskan inspired food and drinks, is looking for a full time line cooks at our Denver location! We are located at 4550 S Kipling Pkwy, Suite 6 Denver C0 80127.
Line cooks will have great experience on all areas of the line (grill, fry, sauté) and the ability to complete the following duties:
Helping to maintain a well organized and clean BOH space.
Adhering to public health code and following proper methods and procedures.
Reading and following recipes for product prep.
