Blue Pan Pizza, Colorado's premier Detroit-style pizzeria, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Shift Lead Line Cook to join our Back of House team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and leadership development.

What we're looking for:
Must have kitchen experience and previous shift lead or supervisory experience
Ability to work weekends is required
Morning availability as early as 6:00 AM may be needed
Must be calm under pressure and able to multitask in a high-volume kitchen
A team-first attitude and strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
Lead BOH operations during assigned shifts
Use management tools (checklists, par sheets, prep lists) to ensure smooth operations
Coordinate with FOH managers on ticket quoting and labor management
Assign roles and oversee BOH staff to maintain flow and efficiency
Ensure quality, consistency, and cleanliness in all food items and prep
Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Attend weekly BOH leadership meetings
Be ready and willing to work any kitchen position as needed
Perks and compensation:
$25-$27 per hour, based on experience
35-40 hours per week
Additional 3% kitchen fee from guest checks goes directly to kitchen payroll

- Kitchen Experience and Shift Lead experience is a must.
-Responsibilities include:
Daily utilizing management materials (check lists, par sheets, prep lists etc.) to effectively run assigned shift
work with FOH management to accurately quote ticket times
assign and oversee employee roles during the shift
ensure the quality and consistency of both finished and prepped food
Work with FOH management to control labor cost during shift
Meet weekly with BOH management to discuss ongoing kitchen related topics
Work all positions in the kitchen
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment. We have a lot of volume and you must be able to remain calm at all times. We are a high volume restaurant.
- Must be able to adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures and ensure the accountability of fellow team members. Our cleanliness is at an all-time high and we will not tolerate any behavior that jeopardizes the health of our employees or customers.

-Blue Pan automatically includes a 3% fee on every guest check that goes directly to the Kitchen payroll.
