The Molecule Effect seeks an experienced full-time keyholder for our Wash Park location. If you have barista experience, are passionate about going above and beyond to give exemplary customer service, and are genuine, friendly, and hard-working, a people person can pay attention to the details and understand that being part of a strong team means working hard together and helping each other is what makes the day fun, and enjoyable and lends to a fantastic environment for everyone please send us your resume. Applicants must have a flexible schedule and be available to work 5 shifts a week, especially nights and weekends.
The positions we are currently hiring for are not for everyone, so we would like to try to save some time and effort on everyone's part:
They must have excellent customer service
They must have coffee experience and pay attention to the details.
Have open availability, be able to work evenings and weekends, and pick up shifts to help out your co-workers.
Have a love for coffee, wine, beer, and cocktails.
A genuinely cheerful, optimistic, outwardly friendly personality knows when to take their job seriously but not themselves and understands that having a sense of urgency is part of the job.
