filing of 10Ks and 10Qs
research, resolve and document technical accounting updates
provide guidance to accounting team
assist with mergers and acquisition activities
review month-end consolidations
Requirements
The ideal Technical Accounting Manager comes with
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
CPA
Big 4, public audit experience
5+ years of experience
