- Review requirements and design documents to ensure.

- Troubleshoots and resolves or recommends solutions to a diverse range of complex software testing problems. Uses judgment within defined policies and practices (includes software and technical documentation solutions).
- Assist with UAT as needed for data creation.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 6 to 8 years’ experience.
- Advanced knowledge Agile, Waterfall and Iterative frameworks
- Advanced knowledge of test management best practices
- Advanced knowledge of Test Management and Automation tools
- Hands-on DB testing experience with one or more DB platforms
- 3+ year of healthcare domain knowledge
- Minimum 6 years of relevant QA experience with multiple release cycles
- Ability to have a good understanding of system components and their integrations – Preferred.
- Experience and skills in mentoring co-workers.
- Ability to lead multiple projects.
- Experience with leading distributed teams.
- Demonstrated strengths in coordinating, attention-to-detail.

- 3-5 years’ experience in Information Technology Software Mobile QA testing and/or development
- Experience with mobile test automation
- Demonstrated experience testing native mobile applications across platforms such as iOS, Android, Windows, etc. for full development lifecycle.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Information Technology Software Performance QA testing and/or development.
- Experience with HP LoadRunner or HP Performance Center or similar performance testing tool.
- Hands-on experience in LoadNinja as well as Neoload tool.
- Hands-on experience in API, UI, Mobile as well as iPad performance testing.
- Expert in developing scripts in an automation or performance testing tool.
- Ability to understand complex technical environments quickly.
- Lead multiple performance assignments.
- Ability to train team members on performance.
- Contribute to performance strategy.
- Maintain a comprehensive UAT calendar.
- Coordinate with product & development teams to drive system demos, static reviews, and wireframes as features are developed for each build.
- Demonstrate features and functionality to the business stakeholders.
- Set the expectation that the application may not yet be fully functional.
- Coordinate with the QA Leads and BA to schedule pre-runs of the UAT testing in the QA environment (and to verify the UAT environment as a final checkpoint).
- Prepare and send weekly UAT Summary of current week’s activity and the next 3-week plan.
- Coordinate the hardware readiness and printing needs/connectivity for UAT events.
- Coordinate with QA Leads and BAs on different projects that have overlapping UATs (contention on environments and data).
