Senior Copywriter

Job Description

As the newest member of our creative team, you will be responsible for authoring and editing content that drives customer engagement. Your diverse portfolio reflects your passion for creating clear, thoughtful stories that translate technically abstract concepts into inspiring messages. Your comprehensive B2B experience in an agency or SaaS company, coupled with your ability to collaborate with a small team providing coaching and editing support, will be the secret to your success. • Working in partnership with the Creative Director, marketing and sales to author written material that drives customer engagement
• Writing a variety of content that includes industry articles, OpEds, white papers, weekly blog posts, sales collateral, web content, emails, and other campaign assets
• Translating technical, sometimes dry, concepts into a compelling message while adjusting your writing style and vocabulary to different audiences
• Researching and understanding industry trends, competitors, and new markets
• Evolving the voice and tone of RemoteLock
• Continuously seeking new waysof bringing your work to life and engage our audiences
• Jumping in wherever you can to help our small but mighty team!

Qualifications

• BS/BA in journalism, communications, or related field
• 4+ years of comprehensive experience as a copywriter with an emphasis on B2B marketing in a technology centric company
• A diverse portfolio that highlights your exceptional work with industry articles, case studies, digital media, and sales collateral
• Ability to tackle complicated ideas and translate them into meaningful, digestible content that people want to read
• Confident and refined communication style; creative and authentic yet open to feedback
• An eye for detail and an organized mind even in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines

Additional Information

• Salary $60,000 – $90,000 and a nice suite of benefits
