The Virtual Registered Nurse demonstrates advanced knowledge, skills and understands the unique aspects of the population served in the care of his/her patients.
Will utilize the nursing process to independently deliver nursing care to patients in order to achieve quality outcomes and communicate need for guidance/supervision based on self-assessment of strengths and limitations.
Promotes a positive image of nursing and promotes collegiality among healthcare team members.
The Registered Nurse may rotate to areas other than his/her assigned service area/s, and will perform only those duties for which he/she has demonstrated competency.
What qualifications you will need:
Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate nursing licensure.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
Graduate of a certified School of Nursing. BSN strongly preferred.
Strongly desired 5 or more years in ICU or Emergency Department. Minimum of at least two years of RN experience in critical care setting .
