Growing company in the Trades is seeking a PART TIME logistics/trailer warehouse/equipment manager.

HERE'S A PREVIEW OF WHAT A TYPICAL WORK DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:
Between 7-8:00 AM - arrive at shop, check for new material or equipment requests, pick up a trailer from a jobsite, bring it back to the shop, wash the exterior, clean out the interior and restock it for the next job. Bring the trailer to the jobsite. Pick up some materials from a supplier and deliver them to a jobsite. Return to the shop. Check the material log for the next day, order materials to be delivered to the shop. Sweep the shop and go home around lunchtime or sometime early afternoon. This is a 4 day work week; Monday-Thursday with an occasional Friday - maybe once a month.
1) Primary job duties is production support; move, stock, and keep clean all the company trailers, manage and keep clean the warehouse, manage inventory and maintain equipment in good working order.
2) Qualifications: someone who is looking for 20 - 30 hours a week, clean MVR background check, is highly organized, neat & tidy, generally skilled in common tool and equipment use & upkeep, friendly, and loves to thrive in a support role in a growing company in the building trades. A successful candidate is someone who has the general skills and aptitude of a school janitor or property manager; someone who is tidy and organized, broad-skilled, friendly and professional.

PAY: $22-25/hr (DOE) + paid holidays.
