Description Robert Half is offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Paralegal in Denver, Colorado with one of our clients. As a Paralegal, you will be involved in various aspects of personal injury litigation. You will be expected to work remotely and utilize a variety of legal software and systems to manage cases and perform legal research.Responsibilities Draft legal documents accurately, ensuring all necessary details are included Utilize knowledge of Personal Injury Litigation and Civil Litigation to handle cases effectively Use Case Management Software to track, manage, and update case details Conduct legal research using Aderant and Adobe Acrobat to gather and analyze relevant information Manage calendars to ensure all case deadlines are met and court dates are scheduled Communicate with clients and other legal professionals to gather information and provide updates on case progress Handle claim administration tasks to ensure all case details are recorded and updated Utilize CompuLaw for effective management of billing functions Prepare and manage 26(a)(1) disclosures as required in litigation cases Use skills in briefing to present case details and findings effectively.Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal. Proficient in the use of Aderant and Adobe Acrobat. Familiarity with Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS). Experience with Case Management Software and CompuLaw. Ability to handle Billing Functions efficiently. Skilled in Briefing and Calendar Management. Experience in Claim Administration and excellent Communication skills. Knowledge of Personal Injury Litigation and Personal Injury Plaintiffs. Familiarity with Civil Litigation and Litigation processes. Proficient in Drafting and Legal Research. Ability to Draft Legal Documents effectively. Applicants must have a legal right to work in the location of the job.
