This opportunity will remain online based on business needs which may be before or after the specified date.At GFiber, the Network Planning and Engineering team has the crucial task of creating a powerful network that can provide top-notch wireline and wireless technologies for both residential and commercial customers.Role DescriptionAs a Technical Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering complex network projects for the Network Engineering team (NetEng). Using your prior experience in network migrations, combined with cross-functional collaboration skills, you will be essential in ensuring the planning, coordination, and implementation of these initiatives.In this role, you'll:

Lead the planning and implementation of complex network migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption and zero outage for end users.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align on project goals, deliverables, and expectations.

Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and ensure project continuity.

Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Develop and manage the roadmap for future network initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Oversee the overall execution of the NetEng team, providing leadership and direction for ongoing and future projects.

Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in network migration and program management.

At a minimum we'd like you to have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Operation Management or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.

7 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on hardware, network, or large-scale migration projects.

Experience leading complex projects that reduce impact on end users while maintaining the highest service SLA.

Previous experience partnering with cross-functional teams and internal/external stakeholders to meet deadlines and increase end user satisfaction.

Experience in developing and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables to demonstrate project management skills.

It's preferred if you have:

MS, MBA, or Doctorate degrees in operations management or similar industry recognized certifications.

Experience in Telecom / High Tech industry, especially in a program management or technical role.

Experience in network migrations and large-scale infrastructure projects.

Ability to effectively present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders both written and verbally.

Ability to anticipate and address potential challenges and risks by leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $164,000 - $241,000 + bonus + cash award + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
