Deloitte Services LP includes internal support areas such as Marketing and Communications, Human Resources/Talent, Information Technology, Facilities Management, and Financial Support Services.Manager - Hybrid Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Finance & Operations is looking for a hands on Manager to support the Firm s Hybrid FP&A efforts. The Hybrid business model (solutions that combine Deloitte s market leading professional services with IP-based products (e.g., data, analytics, or software) to create more value for the customer than either would separately) is projected to generate significant growth over the next 3-5 years, driving the increased need for operational and financial support across all Hybrid businesses.As part of the firm s Hybrid Finance COE, the Hybrid FP&A team is currently designed to be a small impactful group that will work with the Finance Business Partner organization, the Hybrid Finance transaction support team, other Finance COEs (e.g. Investments, R&A, P&F), and Deloitte New-venture Accelerator s Planning and Performance team. As such, the ideal candidate will have deep Deloitte Finance experience, willingness to gain a full understanding the Hybrid business model and ability to work collaboratively across various finance stakeholder groups in order to provide the appropriate financial analysis to senior Finance and Business leadership.What You ll DoBased on a deep understanding of the various Hybrid business models, strategies, and financial indicators, you will provide actionable financial insights and reports to the respective businesses and Deloitte Finance.

Fully understand the periodic operating results and then, in conjunction with the respective Business Leaders, you will ensure that the operating performance is appropriately explained.

Identify appropriate KPIs/metrics and benchmarks to be monitored, review the resulting analysis and generate actionable insights to either support exceptional performance or elevate results requiring leadership's attention.

Also, identify data trends to support and drive business decisions.

Draft and/or implement a customized annual planning process for respective Hybrid businesses, collaborating with Business Finance and other Hybrid stakeholders. Be available for planning advice and review final drafts prior to submission to the respective businesses Finance group.

Medium to longer term, may support Hybrid business leaders on key commercialization efforts (e.g. new product development plans, pricing reviews, financial analysis in support of go to market strategy and other processes including, but not limited to, sales delivery models, sales compensation models and sales forecasting).

Streamline and enhance reporting and analytics processes to drive efficiency and improve the quality of meaningful insights across the Hybrid businesses.

Work in a matrixed environment as an influencer or advisor with business leads/partners and/or other finance stakeholders (e.g. Finance Business Partner organization) to establish action plans that achieve the necessary financial outputs.

Play a critical role in developing talent, especially as it relates to FP&A competencies.

Support continuous business transformation efforts/be willing to challenge the status quo, including educating key stakeholders and driving the transformation of processes and systems, all in support of improving the Hybrid model.

Act as a change agent by developing and executing change management plans in order to bring finance transformational efforts to reality for the firm s hybrid businesses.
