Scope of work includes, but not limited to, preparation, analysis and ad hoc reporting executing Board materials and equity programs. Conduct competitive market analysis to establish a baseline for competitive officer-level base, variable, benefit and equity compensation program development, and propose and develop programs for all equity-eligible positions.How you will make an impact:
Manage Board of Director presentation slide creation and content including performing in-depth analysis, partnering with outside consultants (e.g., E&Y, Semlier, Radford) to evaluate competitive compensation grid and retention to position data, and providing compensation guidance to management.
Develop quantitative information for CD&A and shareholder proposal proxy sections, as well as conducting final review of proxy. Provide recommendations to maintain compliance with current and future trends, ongoing legislation affecting executive compensation, and monitor applicable SEC, accounting and tax regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
Perform complex cost impact and share utilization analyses, including dilution, overhang, and burn rate for executive compensation and global equity programs, as a basis for developing grant recommendations
Analyze market competitiveness using survey data to develop competitive Edwards executive and equity compensation programs, using results to develop variance analysis for Executive Compensation Management, propose alternatives and provide feedback on executive programs and company-wide equity programs and involved in discussions of alternatives to determine program development
Actively participate in Board preparation meetings with CVP of HR and outside comp consultants
Develop specifications for Executive Deferred Compensation and partner with vendors to suggest development enhancements
Draft/update and coordinate approval of all executive compensation plan and global equity grant communications
Provide and approve executive compensation and global equity grant changes to HRIS for database updates
Other incidental duties: Primary contact for executive questions and/or is
sues. Provide assistance on company-wide equity programs
What you’ll need (required)
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in in related field plus 8 years of previous related experience including Executive Compensation program management Required or
Master's Degree or equivalent in in related field plus 6 years of previous related experience including Compensation program management

Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and related compensation data management tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills including consultative and relationship management skills with ability to drive project objectives
Proven success adhering to and leading project schedules and managing complex projects
Substantial problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with Executive level employees
Extensive knowledge and understanding of EW policies, procedures, and requirements as it relates to global compensation
Subject Matter Expert with extensive knowledge and understanding in broad-based and executive compensation
Advanced knowledge of equity compensation
Extensive knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes
Stay current on industry knowledge through conferences, seminars, and workshops
Substantial negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Strong leadership skills and ability to influence and interact with all organizational levels
Ability to assess risks, analyze complex situations and determine next course of action
Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion
Strict attention to detail
Ability to exercise judgment in determining approach to executive meetings and how best to approach discussing compensation arrangements
