Provide expert advice and insights on DMV processes, regulations, and systems, with a focus on IT projects.

Collaborate with clients to understand their DMV-related needs and challenges, particularly in the context of IT systems and solutions.

Develop and implement strategies to improve DMV operations, compliance, and IT infrastructure.

Conduct assessments and audits of DMV IT processes to identify areas for improvement.

Assist in the design, development, and implementation of DMV-related IT projects and initiatives.

Stay up-to-date with changes in DMV regulations, industry trends, and advancements in IT solutions.

Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation related to DMV IT projects.

Train and mentor team members on DMV-related topics, best practices, and IT solutions.

Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects

Actively participate in development of business and vendor relationships

Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process

Participate in pre-sales, proposal, and RFP initiatives

Manage project(s) financials including development of financial plans

Provide counseling & coaching, oversight, and support for delivery teams and staff

Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities and provide input and guidance into the staffing process

Bachelor's Degree

8 years of experience in IT consulting and/or Department of Motor Vehicles industry experience.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Travel up to 50%

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $124,950 to $208,250.
