Job SummaryThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of Advanced Metering Systems (AMS) and Building Automation Systems (BAS) at CMI’s customer site located in Lakewood, CO. This role is critical for achieving operational excellence, minimizing downtime, and supporting the customer’s sustainability goals.Key Job FunctionsEnsure that all control systems, including HVAC, lighting, and energy management systems, are functioning efficiently and effectively to support building operations and meet performance goals.Monitor system alarms, optimize system settings to improve energy efficiency, andProvide detailed reports to the customer and other stakeholders.Collaborate with the Maintenance Scheduler, Project Manager, and Onsite Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that AMS and BAS tasks are integrated seamlessly into overall maintenance operations.
