Job SummaryThe Maintenance Scheduler is responsible for managing the scheduling of all operational and maintenance tasks at CMI’s customer site located in Lakewood, CO.Key Job FunctionsOrganize, and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring alignment with program requirements and operational priorities.Develop and maintain detailed schedules for preventive maintenance, repair projects, and vendor tasks .Promptly address any scheduling conflicts or concerns to minimize disruptions to building operations.Accurately track and document scheduled tasks, vendor performance, and project timelines within contractor scheduler system.Ensure that all activities are documented in compliance with contract requirements and communicated effectively to the CMI team and key stakeholders
