Summary
The Lead Bartender mixes and serves beverages in a timely and friendly manner. They also oversee the security of liquor, checks, and cash, as well as participate in the physical setup and breakdown of the bar. The Lead Bartender serves as a supervisor, ensuring smooth bar operations and supporting both bartenders and management. This position reports to the Restaurant General Manager.Job Posting Deadline

    Train and mentor new bartenders
    Oversee daily bar operations and ensuring efficiency
    Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and reducing waste
    Create or modifying cocktail menus
    Act as a point of contact between bar staff and management, handling guest complaints or escalations
    Ensure compliance with safety, health, and alcohol laws
    Mix drinks and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
    Monitor guests who are intoxicated and communicate sightings to management team for further evaluation
    Assist in emergency and security procedures as directed by management and the established emergency plan
    Ensure bar area is consistently reset and cleaned
    Complete tasks and projects delegated by manager and assist other departments as business volumes and staff levels demand
    Other duties as assigned
