IT Manager of Application Support - Eurofins Built Environment Testing USA - Remote

The Manager of Application Development is responsible for managing a team of software developers and IT professionals in support of the Eurofins Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).  This role is accountable for managing the staff, work management, and IT software projects necessary to support the laboratories and clients of Eurofins Built Environment Testing.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage team of IT software developers in creating and maintaining in-house developed softwareWork with laboratory management to identify business needs and solutionsWorks with laboratories to gather requirements for improvements and fixes for LIMS systemManages delivery expectations with laboratory and management for requested functionalityWorks with IT Infrastructure and Support teams to ensure system availabilityDesigns and develops new software for laboratory needsProvide tracking and reporting on software task metricsManages help desk support for LIMS systemsManage systems that make up the LIMS ecosystemPerform other duties as assigned.
