Description We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst to become part of our team in the IT Software industry located in Denver, Colorado. This role involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware and software, and ensuring a smooth operational flow in a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities: Analyze and resolve technical issues related to Windows and Mac operating systems. Provide both on-site and remote support for end users, acting as a single point of contact for all IT related issues. Install hardware and software in a corporate environment, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and functioning correctly. Utilize excellent communication skills to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience both verbally and in writing. Troubleshoot networking and network communication issues, demonstrating an understanding of network components such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Maintain a clear sense of integrity and a strong work ethic, building strong relationships based on competency and trust. Demonstrate a desire to expand your knowledge base, being a fast learner and highly adaptable. Utilize Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deskside Support, and Desktop Hardware to effectively perform job functions. Work occasional nights and weekends and participate in on-call rotation as needed. Exhibit a deep understanding of Windows and Mac Operating Systems and networking protocols. Possess experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems. Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Help Desk Analyst role or similar IT support roles. Proficiency in Citrix Technologies and Active Directory. Demonstrated expertise in Database management. Familiarity with EO/IR systems. Proficient in Lotus Notes and Microsoft software. Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware and Desktop Hardware. Experience in Configuration Management and Deskside Support. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. IT-related certification or equivalent experience would be a strong advantage. Availability to work in shifts, if required. High-level customer service skills, with the ability to handle user issues tactfully and effectively. Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
