Fleet Director

We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Fleet Director to join our team in Denver, United States. As the Fleet Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our entire fleet operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards. Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 per year, plus an annually bonus of $50,000 (bonus paid monthly), and a company car.Develop and implement strategic plans to improve fleet performance, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiencyLead and mentor a team of fleet operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented work environmentOversee vehicle acquisition, maintenance, and disposal processes to maximize fleet utilization and minimize downtimeAnalyze fleet data and key performance indicators to identify trends and make data-driven decisionsCollaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with overall business objectivesNegotiate and manage vendor contracts to secure cost-effective services and maintain strong supplier relationshipsEnsure compliance with all relevant DOT regulations and safety standardsDevelop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend vehicle life and reduce repair costsCreate and manage budgets for fleet operations, including vehicle purchases, maintenance, and fuel costsStay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve fleet management practicesImplement sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of fleet operationsProvide regular reports and presentations to senior management on fleet performance and strategic initiatives
