Job Description:Ryan Companies has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Field

Engineer Intern! This position is available as a summer internship running

from May to August or a spring co-op running May to DecemberJob Responsibilities:Assist the project team in the completion of designated projects while

focusing on learning construction industry processes, procedures, and Ryan

business policies.Gain a working understanding of budgets, cost accounting, invoices,

contracts, and change orders.Develop a first-hand understanding of job-site coordination, scheduling,

quality control and safety.Minimum Qualifications:Must have a high school diploma or equivalentMust be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree in Construction

Engineering/Management or closely-related fieldAble to work 40 hours per weekPreferred Qualifications:At least one summer of construction work experienceHave a general knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control methodsCan perform mathematical calculationsCan read and understand contracts, specifications and architectural and

engineering drawingsStrong written and verbal communication skillsEligibility:Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S.Must be authorized to work in the U.S.Compensation:

The hourly wage is $20-$25/hour . The hourly rate may vary within the

anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the
