Epic Application Analyst - Tapestry

Description We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Epic Tapestry Analyst to join our healthcare technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and supporting the Epic Tapestry module to optimize health plan operations. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide technical solutions to complex challenges.Key Responsibilities:

Configure, build, and maintain the Epic Tapestry module to support health plan operations, including claims processing, member enrollment, and provider network management.

Work closely with operational stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional system configurations.

Perform gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.

Design and execute testing strategies, including unit, system, and user acceptance testing.

Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and training materials.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure seamless operation of the Epic Tapestry module.

Collaborate with other analysts, developers, and project managers to deliver integrated solutions across Epic applications.

Monitor and implement system upgrades, patches, and new releases while ensuring minimal disruption to end users.

Stay up-to-date with Epic's features and functionality, leveraging enhancements to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience working with Epic Tapestry, including certification (preferred).

Strong understanding of managed care workflows, including claims, enrollment, and provider network processes.

Experience in system analysis, configuration, and troubleshooting within Epic applications.

Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations, such as HIPAA and CMS guidelines.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
