What We’re Looking For-
Individuals with a strong work ethic and a growth mindset
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented team players
Able to communicate professionally and put clients at ease
Physically capable of bending, kneeling, lifting up to 20 pounds, and being on your feet for extended periods
Comfortable working independently in homes after training
Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable insured vehicle to use Monday through Friday
Feel comfortable driving to Westminster, Thornton, Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Golden, Denver & Lakewood on a regular basis.
Conversational English skills – must speak, read, and write English without assistance
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Day to Day & Responsibilities:
☑ Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
☑ Ensure sanitation standards are met in all areas, including kitchens and bathrooms. ☑ Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences.
☑ Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good condition.
☑ Drive to various locations as needed, adhering to safety regulations and maintaining a valid driver's license.
☑ Be independent, positive and willing to work hard.
☑ Comfortable working in homes with animals.
☑ Manage laundry and dishes or other tasks as needed.
We are not hiring pairs or teams. All cleaners must be able to work individually while still contributing positively to our overall team environment.
