Bear Creek Auto Glass has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative/Office Administrator to join our team. We are seeking a hard-working, organized and responsible individual with exceptional attention to detail.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of incoming calls and email service inquiries
Provide product/services information
Processing orders and quotes in a timely manner with attention to detail
Schedule appointments for in-shop and mobile windshield replacement/repairs
Manage any issues that arise and provide appropriate solutions
Friendly and professional contact with customers and vendors
Keep office and common areas clean and presentable
Order parts and materials
Basic filing and other administrative duties as requested
Process daily payments for products and services
Manage insurance claims
The skills needed are:
Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and through email
Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work with a deadline every day
General computer skills
Microsoft Outlook
Ability to perform basic math
