Customer Service Coordinator

Job Summary:

This is a full-time, hourly position in the custom cabinetry industry, located in Parker, Colorado. As an individual contributor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our customers' experience while also working as part of a dynamic and collaborative team.

Compensation & Benefits:

You will work 40 hours total over 5 days each week. This will include one or two Saturday’s a month.

Our hours are:

Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Some Saturdays 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

Responsibilities:

- Answering phones

- Working with clients and handling every phase of their project file

- Scheduling appointments

- Assisting employees who are in the field

- Responsible for problem resolution for clients

- Maintaining customer database and input of information into computer

- Basic file management and scanning

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Customer service experience preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software

- Salesforce experience a plus

- Experience in the home improvement, design or construction industry is a plus

- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
