Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various administrative tasks and assist in coordinating shop activities. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies and parts as needed
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Coordinate shop jobs and assist in scheduling
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Support customer project tasks as assigned
- Transcribe meeting notes and maintain accurate records
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial transactions
- Previous experience in a automotive shop is a plus but not a requirement
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of order entry processes
- Ability to provide personal assistant support when needed
- Computer literacy
