Purchasing agent and project tracking manager

Midsize company with (20) employees looking at opening up a purchasing manager position. Job would include project tracking for coordinating shipping, invoicing and verifying funds of pre-sold orders. Purchasing would work close with the sales project manager to establish scheduling.
