Renowned Denver commercial construction company seeking experienced Operations Manager to oversee operations of company. Duties include, management of 10 person team who oversee, hiring/ firing, spreadsheet construction equipment tracking, procurement, costs controls, HR, dispatching of crews, equipment maintenance and repairs and facility management. This is a high-level management position that requires excellent Xcel spreadsheet skills, excellent people and communications skills, self-motivation and leadership skills. Position is M-F, no out of town work or travel. College degree a plus as well as10 years of commercial construction management experience. Bi-lingual also a plus.
