Part Time Bookkeeper
Denver Metro - Tax & Accounting Firm looking for Part-Time Contractor Bookkeepers. Must be proficient in QuickBooks Online, Data Entry, Bank Reconciliations, Credit Card Reconciliations, Setting Up New Clients, Quarterly Financial Statements, Detailed Journal Entries, Experience in recording Payroll and Payroll Taxes from ADP and Paychex reports each month, plus Year End 1099's among other things.
Applicant must be able to multi-task working with multiple clients that have very different specific needs. Experience in cleaning up or creating books for clients behind on years of bookkeeping a plus!
Applicant needs must have 8-10 years of serious bookkeeping experience and must be very responsive with excellent communication skills. CPA, EA desired but not required.
