Basic knowledge of accounting terminology

Ability to work independently and as a team player.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones
Invoice entry with verified packing slips
Cutting checks
Inventory system updates
Balancing and Coding credit card statements
Reconcile bank statements
Perform other duties as assigned
