Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. This part-time position is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys managing administrative tasks that contribute to the success of a professional office. Working hours Monday through Wednesday 9am - 3pm.
Responsibilities:
Manage client communications, including scheduling and confirming appointments.
Maintain accurate records in Office 365.
Assist with preparing reports, forms, and client documentation.
Organize and file digital and physical documents securely.
Respond to emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
Support team projects and day-to-day operations as needed.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years in an administrative or office support role.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
A good working knowledge of Excel is critical.
Organization: Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Personality: Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
Preferred: Familiarity with financial or professional services industries is a plus.
