Manage the smooth daily operations of the office.Take feed orders from Foster Farms breeder ranches and outside sales customers, process daily shipping and receiving data, reconcile weight certificates. Update outside sales formula prices. Generate, print and process invoices. Order all vaccines for breeder ranches. Prepare and ship drug assays and microbiology lab samples.Process all local invoices and track invoices thru the payment process. General office duties including answering phones, customer service, scanning, data entry, filing, paying weekly bills, relaying information as needed. Receiving and sorting incoming mail and all deliveries.Check and update feed tags and formulas for changes to ensure regulatory compliance.Assist our Vehicle Safety Department with insuring compliance with all records pertaining to vehicles and drivers; repairs, inspections, DVIRS, licenses, trip reports, drivers logs and medical certificates.Request payment checks for all Federal, Colorado State and operating taxes, licenses, and certificates.Other duties as assigned.
