We are seeking a Skilled Awning Assembly Worker who is capable of assembling a variety of awning products with precision and consistency. This role requires the ability to replicate dimensions from existing products, scale up or down when needed, and maintain high attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Assemble awning products to specification using provided templates and/or sample units
Scale dimensions and adjust builds based on product variations or customer needs
Maintain accuracy and precision in cutting, fitting, and joining awning materials
Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
Communicate clearly with supervisors and other departments regarding production status
Identify and troubleshoot potential build or fit issues during assembly
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Qualifications:
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude
Ability to measure, scale, and assemble products using tools and templates
Keen attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
Prior experience in awning fabrication, general assembly, or related field is NOT necessary but a plus. We will train the right person, being mechanically inclined is needed for this position.
