We are looking for a motivated and committed individual to join our team. While prior experience in appliances is not required, a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and flexibility to adapt to daily tasks are essential.
Job Description:
- Customer Assistance: Get to know our range of appliances and help customers find the machine that best suits their needs.
- Software Proficiency: Use in-house software for managing sales and customer interactions. Basic computer skills are required.
- Appliance Prep: Clean, paint, and prepare appliances for online listings.
- Content Creation: Take high-quality photos, prepare templates, and post ads online to promote products.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to move or handle appliances weighing between 75 to 150lbs. with the assistance of a dolly.
- Cross-Training Opportunities: May involve learning, teaching, and assisting with other shop functions to support team goals.
Compensation:
The new hire will begin at $15/hr. on their first day, with potential for performance-based pay increases within days, weeks, or months. Basically, we need to see work ethic, how you go about your day and how well you can adapt to daily tasks before we commit heavily into compensation.
